Olympus OM lens to micro 4/3 camera Mount Adapter
Mount Adapter Ring to fit all Olympus OM lenses to micro 4/3 mount cameras.
Micro 4/3 cameras include Panasonic DMC-G1 DMC-GH1 DMC-GF1 G2, G10, Olympus E-P1 E-P2 e-m10 EM-5 EM-1
The aperture required will need to be set manually on the Olympus lens and auto-exposure will then function. If the Olympus lens does not have an aperture ring, maximum aperture will be utilised. TTL flash metering is preserved with this adapter. When the lens has an aperture ring this mount adapter holds the lug on the back of OM lenses, to enable you to set the aperture and leave it at whatever opening you want.
To Mount: Mount the Olympus Lens onto the adapter, then mount them onto the Micro 4/3 camera. Set the aperture on the lens, switch the camera on, choose any program from the Mode dial except shutter speed priority, focus the lens manually, and shoot.
To Remove: Remove both lens and the adapter together from the camera in the same way you would remove a lens. Then remove the adapter from the lens by depressing the lock on the mount, rotating the mount on the lens and removing.
Focus is manual. Infinity is achieved.
If the camera indicates "The lens is not attached properly", go to [SHOOT W/O LENS] in the custom menu and switch to [ON].
